Since 1996 Studio Ziveri SRL has been developing software for HR, workforce administration, production and safety. In 1998 we landed our first multinational client. In 2008 we introduced — first ever — an employee app. We are based in Parma and work with over 300 clients: mid- and large-sized Italian and multinational companies.

By business choice from the beginning we don't onboard more than 10 clients per year. HR processes are the most delicate because by their nature they involve the whole company; if the software can't adapt to company habits everything gets harder. We're used to customizing our software. The company doesn't adapt to the software — the software adapts to the company.
Our tech stack is guaranteed by those who literally invented enterprise IT: we carefully pick partners we know will still be around twenty years from now, because the software we build is meant to last.
Our software runs on the Microsoft stack (.NET and SQL Server) — the most widely adopted enterprise development platform in the world, with guaranteed long-term support and an immense community.
Our mission-critical infrastructure runs on IBM hardware in our Italian Data Centres. IBM has been building reliable servers since before the word "cloud" even existed.
HR data is some of the most sensitive a company handles: salaries, contracts, sickness, performance reviews. We are among the very few HR software houses with our own Data Centres, physically in Italy. No third-party cloud, no opaque sub-suppliers, no data transfers outside our perimeter. Only our machines, in our rooms, under our direct control.
The HR software you use today will keep working, evolving and being supported ten and twenty years from now. No legacy you'll have to rewrite every 3 years.
