Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool — which is precisely why it needs to be handled with method. These are the five principles by which Studio Ziveri chooses, develops and maintains every AI feature of its HR software.
AI — just like a human — has a margin of imprecision, and accountability cannot rest on a machine. That's why every AI suggestion always goes through an explicit confirmation from the HR office. AI accelerates, humans decide.
An AI feature must cost less than the savings it generates — otherwise it makes no sense to ship it. And the saving must be as measurable as possible: time, errors avoided, hours saved. No AI just to have it on the roadmap.
We introduce AI features to our customers only when they are truly mature. We are not required to chase the hype: if a model still has a high error rate or doesn't provide real utility, we wait until it's ready.
Every AI feature in production is covered by periodic human monitoring — at least weekly — performed by Studio Ziveri. We spot-check that the AI is doing a better job than a human would, and never take it for granted.
We don't trust any external vendor, nor any certification they may offer. That's why we classify every AI feature based on where the data is processed, picking the most protective tier according to the sensitivity of the information involved.
US-hosted AI models are used only for features working on fully anonymised data, with no reference whatsoever to the company or the person.
If the feature requires sharing numeric references about the person or sensitive reasoning, we use AI models hosted exclusively on European soil.
If personal data is needed, the feature runs exclusively on Studio Ziveri's private AI, hosted on our company-owned Italian Data Centres — where all our other software already lives.
It's not theory: we already apply AI successfully to several real-world use cases, with many more in development.
An artificial persona that effectively answers employees' questions on their payslip, drastically reducing the workload of the HR office.
Advanced recognition and interpretation of receipts: not just OCR — the AI understands context, classifies, validates consistency and proposes the correct entry.
Over 120 AI features currently in development or pilot, waiting to cross our maturity threshold before reaching customers.
