Integration happens through master data sharing, always managed in the Studio Ziveri SRL company portal. The advanced system can also include automatic business rules integrated with Studio Ziveri's valuable data. For example, if an employee reports sick via a medical certificate, the absence can automatically disable the access badge for the sickness period.
The hauler-management system requires each hauler — upon invitation from the company's logistics — to register online via a Self Reception web portal. Once at destination, reception validates the documents and issues the badge. After admission procedures, the monitoring and control phase begins, aimed at logistics and safety. The process closes when the hauler leaves.
